Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the terms and conditions contained on this page shall apply to any purchase / order placed by the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between the parties (including but not limited to the Customer's Sales / Rental / Purchase Order), the terms and conditions on this page prevail.

Delivery

Florist.sg LLP will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under circumstances that include without limitations:

Redirection Fee

There will be a redirection fee of SGD 20.00 for any change to the delivery address less than 7 days before the delivery date and SGD 40.00 for any change to the delivery address on the delivery date itself.

All redirection requests are subjected to availability and approval by Florist.sg LLP.

Off-island and restricted location surcharge

There will be an additional delivery charge of SGD 20.00 for delivery to off-island locations such as Sentosa, restricted locations that require security clearance, and less accessible areas such as but not limited to Tuas and Lim Chu Kang.

Setup Time

The customer agrees to provide Florist.sg LLP with at least 2 hours of wedding decoration setup time prior to the actual event commencement time, failing which the customer shall not hold Florist.sg LLP responsible if the setup cannot be completed before the event commences.

If the customer is using tables and chairs from a source other than Florist.sg LLP, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the tables and chairs arrive before Florist.sg LLP so that the setup can start on time.

Collection

For wedding decoration orders, Florist.sg LLP will collect back all non-floral items including but not limited to organza sashes, metal / wooden / plastic structures, glassware, cloth materials, signages and all items on loan.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all the items that Florist.sg LLP will be collecting back are accounted for and in good serviceable condition no less than the condition in which the items are delivered.

Loss and Damages

In the event that any of the items that Florist.sg LLP will be collecting back is broken, soiled, damaged, lost or became generally unserviceable, the customer is liable for the damages and will be billed for the item as stated on the loss and damages page.

Changes to Order Items and Details

Any modification to order items and details are subjected to availability and approval by Florist.sg LLP. Change of order items within 14 days prior to the delivery date is strictly not allowed.

Cancellation of Order

All wedding bouquet orders are final and there will be no refund should the customer wishes to cancel the order.

If the customer wishes to cancel a wedding decoration order, only the security deposit amount will be refunded while the 50% upfront deposit payment will be fully forfeited.

Substitution of Flowers and Design

We use only the freshest flowers and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability. When substitution is necessary, our professional designers will ensure that the overall 'look and feel' of the arrangement / decoration be maintained.

Non-inclusion of Accessories

Unless otherwise stated explicitly in the product description, any accessory item such as but not limited to table, chair, arch, pedestal, table runner, table cloth, chair cover, ribbon and skirting is not included in our wedding decoration service, even though it may be pictured together with the representing item.

Limitation of Liability

In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Florist.sg LLP's liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales, rental and purchase order shall be limited to the Purchase / Rental / Order Price.

The customer shall not seek from Florist.sg LLP the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales, rental and purchase order.
