Service Priority

As much as we'd love to serve every couple who have chosen us to decorate their wedding venue, we are only able to fulfil a limited number of orders for any day and at any time slot. Thus, we give priority to couples who approach us earlier and confirm their orders before others.

First-come, first-served policy

To be fair to all our wedding couples, priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that we will contact couples in the order of the time of their enquiry submissions, and reserve the slots for couples who complete their payments first.

Time slots and inventories will be tentatively reserved for verified orders for up to 7 days pending invoice payment. Once payment has been received, we will officially confirm both the reservation and the order.

However, if payment has not been received after 7 days from the invoice date, the tentative reservation will be cancelled and service priority will be given to the next couple in line.

Extension of reservation

In the event that you are unable to effect payment within 7 days from the invoice date, you can request for an extension of reservation by contacting us with your order number.
