Loss & Damages
We invest in high quality furniture, pedestals, arches, cloth materials, organza sashes etc. so that you can get the best for your wedding. However to keep our wedding decoration packages affordable for you, we will only charge a small fraction of the premium material and labour costs as rental to you.
While you get to keep the fresh flowers items such as the fresh flowers solemnisation centerpiece and fresh flowers posies included in your wedding decoration package, we will collect back all non-floral items including (but not limited to) organza sashes, metal / wooden / plastic structures, glassware, cloth materials, signages and all items on loan.
In the unfortunate event that any of the items we will be collecting back is lost or damaged, you will be liable for the damages and we will have to bill you for the items as indicated below:

Note: we will deduct the amount from your security deposit and refund the remaining amount if the total loss / damages value is less than your security deposit amount. However if the total value is more than your security deposit amount, we will bill you the exceeded amount separately.
