Do you have a shop where I can go down to take a look at the decor items?
In order to keep our operating costs low and evenutally pass on the savings to you, we do not have a shop or showroom to serve walk-in customers. Learn more
Do you provide customised wedding decor services?
We provide a wide variety of standard wedding decor packages and decor items for you to choose from. However we are not able to provide customised wedding decor services at this moment.
Do your wedding decoration packages include the wedding venue?
At this moment our wedding decoration packages do not include the wedding venue.
Do I get to keep the fresh flowers?
Yes you will get to keep the fresh flower centerpieces, corsages, posies and all fresh flowers decor items.
I really love your signature pens and ring pillows. Are they for sale?
Our signature pens and ring pillows are exclusively reserved for wedding couples who take up a wedding decoration package with us and thus they are not for sale.
Are the solemnisation table and chairs included in your wedding decor packages?
Solemnisation table and chairs are not included by default in our wedding decor packages. However you may rent our table and chairs from as low as SGD 148.00 (inclusive of delivery, setup and collection).
Can I rent your table cloth and chair covers for my own table and chairs?
Our table cloth and chair covers are custom-fitted to our own tables and chairs and thus may not be able to fit your table and chairs properly. You may want to consider renting our table and chairs from as low as SGD 148.00 (inclusive of delivery, setup and collection).
Can I rent the solemnisation table and chairs alone without any wedding decoration package?
Yes, our solemnisation table and chairs are available for renting at an additional delivery, setup and collection fee. Kindly contact us to place your order.
When is the latest I can place my order?
The latest you can place your order is 14 days before your wedding date. However we recommend that you confirm your order early as we can only fulfil a limited number of orders on any day and time and priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more
How much do you charge for delivery?
For a limited promotional period of time, we are absorbing the basic delivery fee for all wedding decoration packages and hand bouquet orders. Redirection fees and surcharges (if any) still applies. Learn more
Are there any hidden fees?
Rest assure that there will be no other fees apart from the prices stated on our website, the fully refundable security deposit and any applicable surcharge.
Is there a minimum order amount?
While there is no minimum order amount, we are currently only accepting orders for wedding bouquets and orders with wedding decoration packages.
Is my order considered confirmed once I submit my order enquiry?
Your order will only be confirmed after we have verified your order details and received the deposit payment for your wedding decoration package order or full payment for your wedding bouquet order.
What is the currency of the prices listed on this website?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
