Delivery and Collection

Our standard delivery and collection time is from 9:00am to 9:00pm daily. For a limited promotional period of time, we are absorbing the delivery and collection fees for all orders (surcharges still apply).

For wedding decoration package orders, we will collect the remaining order amount upon completion of setup and refund your security deposit upon collection.

Time slots

Delivery and collection time can only be specified in one hour slots e.g. 10:00am - 11:00am. Please arrange for a coordinator to be at the venue during the entire delivery / collection time slot.

Setup time

We require at least 2 hours of setup time prior to your event commencement. To ensure that the setup can be completed on time, please provide us with ample time and also assign us a coordinator to work with at the venue.
